Sometimes we just have to take a break … blank the mind … rest the brain … forget about all the craziness in this world … put our feet up on the table, drink our coffee and eat chocolate.
Sometimes, we just need to relax …

This could be the same guy as the one in this post (Today = Present = Gift) (more pics here). Each day has enough trouble of its own. After all today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday. – Unknown So, you want to know what he can do with his ball. I only had a few seconds to snap this picture before the ball (and him) slipped and fell off the edge (he was okay .. no worries –Vincent Van Gogh They say it takes more muscle to frown than to smile .. so it’s better to smile (my parents said so too). Besides, a genuine smile will make other people happy too .. somewhat. I know everytime I see my 2-years-old Goddaughter’s smile, all my problems seem to go away immediately .. she has such an innocent smile, pure and genuine .. no pretending, she just smiles. And from time to time, I’d say it’s even better to turn a smile into a good laugh, because according to this article:
A workout! From laughing … that’s just neat. So maybe we should smile and laugh more. Heh .. even this barbary ape knows it (LOL): – Unknown We’ve been having a heat wave here in Toronto. At some point this week, I saw on my Weather Eye thingy that it felt like 41C. In the evening news, they said that it was still hot at 28C at 11pm. Now, coming from a country with only two seasons: rainy (a.k.a. hot) and dry (a.k.a. hotter), I thought to myself “What do you mean hot? 28C is just nice!”. LOL! Yeeesss, it’s all relative. But during the day, the temperature could get HOTTER than the hotter season in my country. And sometimes the TTC subway trains don’t have a good air circulation, so it’s stuffy and bleah in there. These barbary apes have a great idea to help themselves to stay cool: stay out of the sun. They walk in the sun for a bit (afterall, the sun has vitamin D which is good for us! But if you really want to play in the sun, don’t forget that hat (and sun screen). My mom always told me to wear my hat outside when I was little (“biar nggak pusing” — “so you don’t get headache” she said) .. I could even hear her now asking where my hat is when I’m outside without any hat .. hehe. And that’s my weather post for now …
