The 1st post this year is on 11.11.11 … how interesting (no, I did not plan that). Hope this is not the only 1 post in 2011. LOL!

Apparently it’s very rare that the lunar eclipse coincides with the winter solstice. The last time was in 1638. The next time will be in 2094.

Winter solstice will be in the afternoon. And the day will get longer after that. Yay!
The lunar eclipse will be in the morning. 2:40AM!!! Uhm …
I want to see it .. just like the one in 2008 (another post here) .. but I can see the moon now, which means at 2:40am tomorrow, it’ll be behind some tall buildings. Which means if I want to see it, I have to go out in the cold. Hmmm…

I think I’ll see it in my dreams this time …

So according to the news .. the Northern Lights may be visible from here. Exciting!!
But with all the light pollution that we have, what’s the chance of seeing one?

Just felt an earthquake. Confirmed by the Globe and Mail website .. it was a 5.0 quake felt in Central Canada & some US states. Nuts!

Seriously? I had only 2 posts in 2009? I was worse than fruityoaty (she had 3)! LOL.

Time flies .. end of September already. And I’d like to say Happy Eid ul-Fitr to those who celebrate.
If we were back in Indonesia, we would’ve had ketupat and all of those other great food by now. I miss those food!!

The First Day of Autumn has come and gone. It is now officially the Fall season .. and the leaves are changing.
