It’s .. um .. Jay Cochrane. I’ve never heard about him before. Until one day about a couple of weeks ago, fruityoaty told me that her camera was dead (or so she thought) and that she went to Niagara Falls and saw this guy walking on a tightrope.
So she said if I wanted to go to Niagara Falls (and bring my camera with me. LOL), she’d tell me where *exactly* to find this guy. Fortunately for her, I wanted to go out of town that weekend and get some fresh air (I was having issues with some nameless person — can’t judge a book by its cover, I guess. Don’t ask. 
). So I asked where to find this guy. She said “Go to the Skylon Tower area, and look for a crazy man up in the sky.” (or something to that effect. Haha). How’s that for an “exact” location? 
Anyway, I managed to drag JW with me that Sunday, and here’s what we found up in the sky:
JW recorded some of the action in a handycam — I just haven’t had time to play with the thing to transfer it to my computer. I do have more pics in my Niagara Falls set though.
And apparently, this guy is trying to get permissions to walk over the Falls. Whoa!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH, Heroes World Tour Stop at Toronto (Yonge-Dundas Square)! I just met and shook hands with 4 cast members of Heroes… actors (Micah, Sylar, Ando and some new chick in Season 2)! Sylar shook my right hand with BOTH his hands! OMG, he took my power! LOL, hahahahahahaha! Exchanged a few words with 3 of them. Micah is so cute. Sylar ROCKS! Ando the actor is so friendly! OMG, I’m in love with the actor Zachary (Sylar). Got a few decent pics. I saved you a free souvenir (Heroes button) they were giving out. Picked up 4.
And I just watched the 6:00 PM news on Global TV… and I’m in there briefly for a second! I was on the news! OK, gotta set up my computer for 11 PM to tape. (The portion about Heroes played at about 6:40 PM… so I guess it’ll be on at about 11:40 PM?) Damn, my sister is using the VCR to tape crap. I’m wearing pink top (when they pan to the crowd – briefly shown for 1 second, haha). Still remember my face?
I hope my computer works ok… crap. I want that souvenir. OK, you should tape it for me as a backup plan, hahaha. Roughly 11:30 PM to 12:00 midnight. Probably.
There was this booth… where they take free picture of you against a green screen. They will digitize your image to make it look like you’re standing with all the cast members of Heroes. Then they give you this card with PIN number… and tomorrow, you’re supposed to go to Global tv website URL and enter PIN # to get your free PIC souvenir. I lined up and got my pic taken! Can’t wait to see it!
Ah no, the 11 PM news on Global (channel 3) is only from 11 to 11:30… then there’s a half hour show following — preview of Global Fall Lineup. Oh well… I hope my 1 second (literally, 1 second) of fame doesn’t get cut from the 11 PM news. :p

AAHHH .. I MISSED the World Tour. First, I was busy. And because of that, I forgot — I remembered about it at 2pm.
Hmm .. it’s 12:30am now, I just got home, and the news is over. Hope you taped your 1 second of fame.
Sylar squeezed my right hand with BOTH his hands! And he said to me (looked at me), “Thanks for coming!” (Well, ok… all of them said that to me… it was their standard greeting. Yes, I just taped the 11:00 news… and it was a repeat. I’m in there for 2 sec. I’m going to freeze frame that shot, haha and make into pic.
I’ll definitely be sharing my “grainy pics” (lol). Actually, some of them turned out OK. I missed many good shots though, because of that stupid issue with my cam (have to turn it on and off after every 2-3 shots, uggh). Where the audience asked Zachary (Sylar) to take his glasses off to give us his “Sylar stare”… and my battery was already dead when the 4 cast members at the end started shaking hands with the people at the front barricade fence. Good thing I stuck around to the end.
