Lights… Camera… AWESOME!!!

Some of you might remember the Christmas lights clip I forwarded to you last year .. I'm not sure where that house is, but it turns out that we have one in town! We went to check it out earlier, there were a lot of cars lining up to see the light show .. so I parked mine on the next street and we walked over. It was AWESOME!!!!! (Thanks for finding it, SY!! :D )

Here are a couple of pics from there — I didn't have my tripod so I was using a pole that happened to be there (heh .. lucky me!), so I could only capture that much in the pics, there's more stuff to the side (Hmm .. note to self: put tripod in car trunk):

Awesome Christmas Lights

Awesome Christmas Lights

I took video clips of the lights with my P&S camera .. but they didn't turn out good. Mainly because my hands were shaking a bit .. hey, it was raining! :P So, if you want to see video clips, check out their video section, they have clips from previous years too!

I believe they'll keep the lights until January 5th, 2007 .. so, if you have time, go check it out! I will definitely be coming back for more lights. Hmmm .. I could actually sit there the whole night .. LOL!
And, oh yeah, if you do go, don't forget to leave some donations in their box … it's for a good cause .. :)

Trust me .. it's VERY COOL!
(Okay .. I'm still too excited to go to sleep .. hmmmmmm …)

  • Whoah, that’s so bloody awesome. That blue tree… it’s like the tree in my dreams (when I used to dream in colours when I was a kid… and strange colours too… purple giraffes dancing with giant yellow beach balls). Now, everything seems dimmed in my dreams. Strange.

… I was wondering why you were visiting my site at 2:41 AM – your comment post time (holy crap). Now, I know. Yeah, umm, go to sleep. Lack of sleep can drive you crazy (scientifically proven). I should know. LOL.

    Good stuff.

You’re welcome :) Spontaneously going to see the Christmas lights that evening with you is definitely one of my favourite moments this holiday season. Thank YOU!
